Horrible service. Went in, went to desk said I had appointment, wasnt even asked for any info just told theyll be with you. Waited 45 minutes in a HOT office with my toddler (also very preganant) just for Noone to ever come out or talk to me . Only one other person in the waiting room who was waiting for someone being helped already. Who had been back there long before I got there ! Absolutely horrible. What's the point of an appointment if you guys aren't going to be on time I can understand some late Ness but almost an hour is insane ! People do not have that kind of time to wait. Walked out after 45 minutes of nothing.

Dr OBU is the best doctor , he cares & listen if he ever leaves the Southside Community Center .. I hope I know where he went, so I can follow him he's such a excellent doctor.. he deserves more than a five star. I give him 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Obu is one of the most genuine honest doctors out there. I’ve been to many and most of them are like robots(go to promedica on Monroe St). He listens and uses his knowledge to help you out the best he can. If he ever leaves this office I’ll be following him to his next venture.

My appointment that I had for 3 months was cancelled or bumped (what they call it). They said I didn't confirm my appointment the day before when they called. They said I got a message to confirm my appointment if I didn't answer. That never happened! I call them to get understanding on their system ( which makes no sense, a reminder is a courtesy, not an obligation), but, since I didn't call them to confirm, I was told I could get an appointment later that day. What sence does that make? Why cancel my appointment in the first place? Did you need that appointment time, which was scheduled 3 months prior, since this morning, when I got cancelled? Their receptionist hung up on me when I let her know that I was going to inform my provider about this. Then I call the main number for information and call routing. She was supposed to transfer me to someone else I could talk to, but again, I was disconnected! Dr. OBU is good, the association could be managed an ran better.

Both my fiance and I had appointments back to back with Dr talla. She has no hospitality at all.No hi I'm Dr such and such how r you. Nothing like that. She walked in the room on both appointments and went straight to her laptop instead of getting to know her patients. My wife doesn't take pills and instead of listening to my wife, she prescribed more pills instead of giving her a referral to a rhymatoidarthritus​ doctor for osteoarthritis in her hips and knees and back, Dr. Talla don't care about her patients, and I had my appointment a hr later and I have a hurnia the size of a basketball and I and my fiance told her she never checked, instead she gave me 6 prescription for high blood pressure. Well I wonder why???!!! I have high blood pressure. At least she could of done is check it out!!!! One last thing is at my fiances appointment my fiance was talking about hip replacement and this so called Dr told her not till she's 50 or so, why would my fiance want to put foreign object in her body. My fiance stated to this Dr, "it's better for me to go thru it now when I'm 34 than 50, and I understand I need pain meds for a couple of days after the surgery, but you Mrs talla want to kee
